Low to no fees
WC charges low to 0 fees depending on the investment. Acquisition fees (upfront fee paid to the General Partner for finding, evaluating, financing, and closing the deal. The asset management fee (ongoing annual fee paid to the GP for property oversight.

We take pride in building close relationships with our investors. You’ll always know where things stand—nothing hidden. We maintain clear reporting, frequent updates, and an open-book approach.
Conservative Underwriting
We use realistic assumptions, build strong reserves, and focus on recession-resistant assets. Most deals are stabilized or cash-flowing within 12–24 months, depending on the business plan.
